Job Purpose

• The incumbent will be part of the Compound Management Group and will be responsible for conducting the activities involved in the process of managing the small molecules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to compound management activities that are required for preparation of DMSO stock solution and generation of assay ready plates.
• This includes, but not limited to weighing of samples, preparation of liquid stock and management of inventory.
• Coordinate with various internal clients for the distribution and handling of the compound request.
• Data documentation as per project requirements
• Good understanding of Excel will be an advantage
• Conduct additional tasks assigned by the manager time to time to meet team goals.
• Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
• Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc/B.Tech

Technical/functional Skills:

• Hands-on experience in routine working in research laboratory.
• Basic understanding of automation to run assays.

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in industry or CRO

Behavioral Skills:

• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Good team player
• Quality focused.
• Time management
