Project Manager

>Role & responsibilities

• Assigning tasks to all team members.
• Technical Responsibility to deliver sound technical solution, in accordance with technical specifications of the contract (Technical resources will be provided).
• Correspondence (telephonic/email/visits) with the customer
• Responsibility towards preparation of all necessary documents (e.g., Bank Guarantee, Power of Attorney, system design & drawings etc.) related to contract, and submitting the same to the customer.
• Preparation of project schedule.
• Manufacturing of the system for the project, quality to be ensured by PM.
• Factory inspection
• Transportation of goods to site
• Erection and commissioning
• Preparation of time schedule and keeping track of time schedules
• Preparation of Projects technical/non-technical documentation.
• Submitting bills to customer and necessary follow-up for release of payment.
• Keeping the team motivated to do work as per requirements of the project.
• Monitoring of Project Economy.
• Reporting of project status to customer as well as company's higher management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Only Science graduate (Engineering Graduate will be not considered)
• Should have a work experience of 8-10 years in the field of project management.
• Should have proficiency over software such as MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader/writer, Internet Browser etc.
• Should be ready to work hard and have strong administrative skills
• Should have strong communication skills (spoken as well as written) in Hindi and English
• Should be ready to travel anywhere in India on official work.
