Our Client, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company for manufacturing of LT Electrical Control Panels Using IEC Standard Code - 61439 and Automation Solution Provider having CPRI certification working as a Class- A Electrical Contractor in the State of Gujarat, INDIA. They provide electrical design solution based on various engineering software.
Designation: Business Development Executive.
Sector: Industrial Automation / Instrumentation
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 2-3Years in relevant field
CTC: 20 to 35K / Month based on experience
Job Timings: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualification: Any Graduate
Roles Responsibilities:
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth by promoting our cutting-edge industrial automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research Lead Generation:
Conduct research to identify potential clients in industries.
Generate and qualify leads through market analysis, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their automation needs.
Present and demonstrate our solutions effectively to decision-makers.
Sales Execution:
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
Reporting:
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update progress using CRM tools.
Prepare periodic reports for management on sales activities and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, robotics, sensors, or other automation products is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Analytical Ability: Proficient in understanding market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Tools: Experience using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
