Executive/ Senior Executive - MIS

They are the world s largest manufacturer of High Pressure Laminate (HPL), their international network of design, manufacturing, distribution and sales operations maintains the recognition of our client as a global brand.

Role : Executive/ Sr. Executive - MIS

Industry : Manufacturing

Education: Graduate/ MBA

Years of experience : Minimum 3 years in MIS, Back office and ERP Systems in manufacturing companies

Timings: 09:00 - 5:30 IST / 6 days Working /Sunday Off

Office Location : Kalol, Gandhinagar

Salary: 28000 - 33000 INR

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.

Manage ERP data with thorough accuracy in the ERP system

Develop maintain standard report repository and build ad-hoc reports in ERP as when required by the managers

Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.

Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

Engage with appropriate business partners/customers to obtain requirements; should be able to effectively plan (cost, resource time), execute and communicate the project progress to stakeholders.

Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

Skills:

Proficient in MS office and ERP Should be able to read review and reply to emails and internal/ external customers
