Job Description
Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Manage and update company databases, files, and reports.
Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial records.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform email correspondence and handle client/vendor communications.
Manage office inventory and maintain supplies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Support the HR team in recruitment and employee record management.
Handle day-to-day office administration and assist senior management when required.
Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
