Job Description

- We are hiring for our client company, USA based company in field of Insurance Fintech product & having their office at Bopal Area of Ahmedabad.

- Position: Director of Operations Insurance Operations & Strategic Partnerships.

Position Overview:

- A senior leadership role responsible for scaling operations in India, managing cross-functional teams, and developing strategic partnerships within the insurance sector.

- The ideal candidate will combine deep insurance industry expertise with operational excellence and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to scale the company's presence in India.

- Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships with insurance companies to drive business growth.

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while ensuring operational excellence.

- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and standards across all departments.

Team Leadership & Culture:

- Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple departments including customer service, tech support, sales, and finance.

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture that attracts and retains top talent.

- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between departments.

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.

- Optimize operational processes to improve scalability and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities.

- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations.

Partnership Development:

- Leverage existing relationships within the insurance industry to forge new partnerships.

- Negotiate and structure strategic deals with insurance companies.

- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance sector.

- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications.

Experience.

- 15+ years of progressive experience in insurance operations, with at least 8 years at senior management level.

- Proven track record of scaling operations in India.

- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with insurance companies.

- Experience managing multiple departments including customer service, tech support, sales, and finance.
