Lead BI Analyst

Job Summary:

This position holder is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's BI reporting. This includes designing  and building BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. The  Lead BI will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Power BI expert.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and understanding the BI needs.

Skills Required:

• Good problem solving and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills
  

•Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Design, build and deploy Power BI solutions.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms 
• Develop and execute database queries.
• Working on Finance projects will be an added advantage.
• Lead collaboration with business to understand, define and develop BI and data solutions.
• Developing the reports using Power BI, Power Pivot and SSRS.
• Implementation Drill Through in Power BI Report
• Adding the feeds and scheduling the jobs.
• Experience in building reporting dashboards SSRS.
• Scheduled Automatic refresh and scheduling refresh in Power BI service.
• Write calculated columns, Measure queries in Power BI desktop to show good data analysis.
• Create stored procedures and SQL queries to pull data into Power Pivot model.
