Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to verify invoices/Credit notes
• Digitize Invoices: Scan and digitize paper invoices accurately.
• Quality Checking: Review and ensure accuracy of digitized invoices.
• PO Matching: Match invoices with POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting Upload: Upload documents into the financial system.
• Collaboration: Work with finance and procurement teams.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and prepare reports

Preferred candidate profile

• B.com Graduate
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication.
