We are looking for a dynamic leader to lead and manage two business units.

- This position will Lead and manage two business units and implement the company strategies that are focused on achieving financial targets, expanding market penetration & optimizing customer satisfaction.

- Develops tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups or within a business group through senior- and executive-level customer interaction.

- Lead and provide strategic direction to the downstream marketing for the designated product category; ensure the execution and implementation of the strategy to achieve the growth expectation of the responsible product category within the region.

Key Requirements:

- 15 to 20 years of sales and/or marketing experience

- Significant prior experience as a Business Unit Manager (or equivalent) is preferred

- Minimum of 5 years in leadership/management roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
