Video Production Specialist

The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for our diverse range of digital marketing clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical skills, creative vision, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually stunning narratives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for product videos and cinematic-style promotional content
- Conduct pre-production planning, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and location scouting
- Operate professional video equipment, including high-end cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Capture high-quality footage for product demonstrations, brand stories, and marketing campaigns
- Execute both studio and on-location shooting for various project types
- Manage post-production editing using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Color grading and audio mixing to enhance visual storytelling
- Collaborate with design and content team to understand project goals and client requirements
- Create motion graphics and visual effects as needed
- Manage video production timelines and budgets
- Maintain and care for video production equipment

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional video production experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in product and cinematic videography
- Advanced technical knowledge of video production equipment
- Proficiency in professional editing software
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
