Job Description
Understanding contractual terms and conditions and requirements in a bid document
Studying and segregating all the correspondence documents
Proficiency in English language is a must for reviewing bid documents
Review of bid documents
Coordination in between domain experts and contracts team for modification of specifications
Assist with contracts termination procedures
perform basic analysis for firm fixed-price or similar contracts
Assisting in taking care of tendering works contracts and co-ordinating projects
Attending negotiation meetings, documenting the client requirements and perform rate analysis etc.
You will be responsible for interacting with vendors, suppliers, sub agencies
Preparing estimates for civil and MEP work
