Hiring For Contracts Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Drafting & Finalization:
   
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including PPP & EPC Contracts, Concession Agreements, RFPs, JV Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and MOUs.
2. Negotiation & Risk Management:
   
• Lead contract negotiations, assess legal risks, and ensure compliance.
• Handle contractual communications, cost claims, and delay analysis & time extension claims.
3. Compliance & Legal Advisory:
• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks.
• Provide legal guidance on policy frameworks and risk management.
4. Contract & Litigation Management:
   
• Manage project contracts, correspondence, and legal notices.
• Liaise with advocates, consultants, and solicitors for litigation and arbitration cases.
5. Recovery & Arbitration:
   
• Draft and manage claims, counterclaims, and arbitration proceedings.
• File suits under Section 21 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong expertise in contract law, arbitration, and risk management.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and legal professionals.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure legal matters and complex contracts.
