SynchroServe Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading player in recruitment, staffing, skill development, and IT solutions. We are looking for a Sales Manager - IT who is ready to drive sales growth and establish a strong presence across the Telugu states in the IT domain.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the IT sales team, strategize and execute business plans, and deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, a passion for sales, and the capability to meet ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:

    • Drive revenue by achieving an annual sales target of ₹10 Crores in the IT sector.
    • Build and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
    • Develop strong client relationships and understand their business needs to offer tailored solutions.

Team Management:

    • Lead and manage a team of 3 Sales Executives, providing mentorship and guidance to drive their performance.
    • Monitor and review the teams progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the Telugu states.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to create and present compelling proposals to clients.
    • Actively engage in networking, presentations, and industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Travel & Client Interaction:

    • Travel locally and inter-city to meet potential clients and close business deals.
    • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Process & Accountability:

    • Establish sales systems and processes to streamline operations.
    • Regularly report sales forecasts and achievements to the Director.
    • Ensure the sales cycle is completed with adherence to ethical practices and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Tech in IT or CS (Mandatory).
  • Certification: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT sales or related domains, with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (Mandatory).
    • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and highly process-oriented.
    • Integrity, honesty, and result-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Must own a laptop, smartphone, and bike.
  • Willingness to travel locally and across inter-city locations.



Job Title: Sales Executive - IT

Location: Lingampally, Hyderabad

Job Overview:

We are looking for self-motivated Sales Executives to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidates will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve challenging sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Execution:

    • Contribute to achieving the overall team target of ₹10 Crores annual revenue in the IT sector.
    • Identify and connect with potential clients to promote SynchroServe s IT products and services.
    • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering value-added solutions.
    • Be a brand ambassador for SynchroServe in all interactions.

Market Development:

    • Continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and teammates to create winning strategies.

Travel & Networking:

    • Travel locally and inter-city to meet potential clients and attend business events.
    • Leverage networking opportunities to build a strong professional presence.

Accountability:

    • Maintain and update client data, sales records, and activity reports regularly.
    • Be process-driven, adhering to ethical practices and company standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Tech in IT or CS (Mandatory).
  • Certification: Must be a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT or related industries.
