Minimum Qualification:
1. Required Graduate (in any subject).
2. Postgraduate will be an added advantage
3. Industry Experience 5 to 10 Years
4. Relevant experience in Skill Development/ Govt Programs like PMKK.PMKVY,DDUGKY,PMVK etc.

Key Responsibilities
1. Successful implementation of Government Skilling Projects like PMKVY,PMVK,DDUGKY in a Timely Manner
2. Implementation of Fee based Trainings
3. Hiring team - Sourcing of profiles for other Open Positions
4. Responsible for end-to-end cycle of training operations - Enrolments, Training, Assessments, Certifications, Placements & Post Placements Tracking.
Key Result Area (Goals)
1. All Govt. Projects - Target completion as per the guidelines & receiving all the instalments of payment from Government
2. Fee based Trainings/ Services - minimum of 2 Lacs Revenue generation per month
Operational Goals:
1. Trainees Enrolled (TE)/ Trainees Target (TG): 100%
2. Trainees Certified (TC)/ Trainees Enrolled (TE): 95%
3. Trainees Placed (TP)/ Trainees Enrolled (TE): 90%
4. Trainees Placed for 3 Months (TP3)/ Trainees Enrolled (TE): 80%
5. Trainee Seats Capacity Utilisation (Trainees Trained/ Trainee Seats Capacity): >80%
6. Operational & Statutory Compliance: 100%
Financial Goals:
1. Revenue Booked (RB)/ Revenue Opportunity (RO): 100%
2. Revenue Collected (RC)/ Revenue Booked (RB): 100%
3. Expenses to be maintained within the Approved Budget
4. Ensure Profitability of Centre throughout the Year
