Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
- Ensure documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365) and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
