DGM - Field Services & Vendor Management

Job Description :

The incumbent would be responsible for all the ATM Infrastructure Services related processes and service delivery at PAN India level.

Major Activities
Responsible for field operations and managing large number of ATM facilities across the country.
Manage large number of vendors for the profitability as well as performance of the business.
Conducting periodical vendor reviews
Deal with agencies/vendors atCXO/Director level
Responsible for Contract Negotiations & Service Budget.
Managing vendors / service providers like, AC, UPS, ACS, CCTV, Site Maintenance, Security / Caretaker, Housekeeping etc
Responsible for designing processes for Field operations as well as adhering to the process. Handling complex / ambiguous situations effectively.
Responsible for keeping the workforce motivated and ensure growth of the team.

Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any Discipline. (Preferably engineering)
MBA Operations will be preferred

Technical
Good Vendor Management
Experience in handling large Team (15+ direct team members)
Ability to work across multiple teams (internal as well external).
Excellent Project Management Skills.
Good Presentation & Analytical skills

Work Experience
Should have worked with Large MNC, Retail setups or Banking domain. (ATM Managed Services Provider is preferred)
13- 15 years in managing Infrastructure Services at PAN India level.
ATM Industry experience of 5-8 years will be an added advantage.
Direct Management of more then 20+ team and 150 contractual staff is a must
