Job Description :
To ensure achievement of sales targets by selling wireline and wireless voice and data products in given set of accounts with end to end responsibility with major focus on revenue enhancement.
Responsibilities
Increasing Revenue market share in each line of business through product penetration and cross selling within the assigned Strategic accounts.
Overall responsibility for achieving the ABP for GADs, Revenue, Churn, Collection, and Order Booking.
Detailed know how of the systems & processes and interaction with Top Corporate accounts
Should be competent in account management process.
To penetrate un- penetrated accounts for all lines of business i.e. Wire line voice/ Data & Wireless Voice/ Data.
Account Management for prescribed accounts as a complete owner for Sales along with overall health of the account.
To engage with leadership teams and build long term relationships.
To understand the Customer s business in depth and create opportunities for business development.
Developing strong relationships with the customers at various levels.
Understanding & anticipating customer requirement, mapping competition and positioning as the preferred service provider.
