Job Description :
Providing consultative payment solutions to retailers, service providers and industry leaders across eCom, consumer electronics etc.
To identify business needs and opportunities
Managing the Merchant EMI program on Credit Cards and expansion the program
Managing business profitability and analysing the P&L to identify key drivers
Strategic Issuer alliances and customer engagement programs
New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements
Building new strategies & enhancing the existing products by applying domain knowledge, Product management skills and industry best practices
Initiate new Product development & creating process and peripherals around the product
Creating Revenue-generating opportunities from existing customers
Preparing and Analyzing product MIS and presenting the product performance and strategy
Rolling out acquiring products in line with business objectives
Closely working with the business development team (for validating business objectives), technology team (for the delivery of the product), operations team (for any onground actionables) and finance team (for cost approvals)
Good Business Knowledge with mix of Technological knowledge as well
Skills
Responsible for developing, managing and delivering the sales targets .
Favorably influence customer behavior to effectively drive key performance indicators
Develop new customers, crossell & retain exisitng customer engagement
End-to-end management for customer relationship
Liaison with key internals & external stakeholders to develop and enhance customer\\\'s new requirement & exisitng
Handle customer escalations and ensure 100% resolution within stipulated time frames
Experience
10+ years in Cards and Payments domain, Should have relationship with Banking Industry & Card payments domain ( specially in South) , Exeperience in handing sales & relationship management in PSU Banks .
Understanding of Issuing and acquiring products from a product, alliances and sales perspective.
Able to handle large collections
