IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to build and implement business functional programs.

• Regardless of the industry, the overall objectives of a business analyst are to review and analyze current and proposed business operations. Oftentimes, they will review financial statements, KPIs, and other key metrics, and then consider options for improvement.

• Project Manager will assess the overall effectiveness of a business and its departments to devise solutions to problems.

Year of Experience : 3 yrs+

Education Required:

• B-Tech, BE, etc with 70% aggregate marks
• 12th - 70% and above
• 10th - 70% and above
• CTC post Probation Period: 10 - 12 LPA (Lakhs per annum) based on the performance of the candidate.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organizing, and executing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure adherence to project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address any potential issues or risks.
• Utilize knowledge of sprints and agile methodologies to plan and execute project tasks, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to drive the team's adherence to agile principles.
• Oversee and manage the operations of tech projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and minimize project impact.
• Implement effective change management strategies as necessary.
• Presenting concepts and results at meetings
• Coaching and training employees
• Developing ideas in accordance with the demands and needs of the business
• Creating projects and monitoring their development
