Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance,

mentorship, and support to achieve project objectives effectively,

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in coordination

with stakeholders and ensure adherence to project milestones.

• Conduct regular project status reviews and maintain

comprehensive documentation of project progress, risks, and

mitigation plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers,

architects, designers, and contractors, to facilitate seamless

project execution.

• Foster strong client relationships, understand their requirements,

and address any concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement measures

to mitigate their impact on project timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost control and

resource optimization.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry

standards throughout project implementation.

• Implement effective project communication strategies to keep

stakeholders informed about project developments and

milestones.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the project

management team and facilitate knowledge sharing and best
