Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR Shared Services or Workday System Integration.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and IT operations.
Technical skills in system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Regional level exposure would be added advantage.
