HR Service Center Executive

Role & responsibilities

Workday System Management: 

•  Manage and maintain the Workday system modules, including updates, configurations, and security settings. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues. 
• Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and implement necessary improvements. 
• Customize Workday workflows and processes based on business requirements.
• Train HR team members and end-users on Workday functionalities and updates.
• Ensure proper IT setup for onboarding and offboarding processes. 

HR Systems Management: 

• Oversee the integration and functionality of all HR systems (e.g., shared folder, payroll, time tracking and other related modules). 
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations across all HR platforms. 
• Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance. 
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for HR systems. 

IT Support for HR Operations: 

• Act as the point of contact for IT-related issues impacting HR operations. 
• Collaborate with the IT department to address system needs, upgrades, and integrations. 
• Support HR teams with IT-related troubleshooting, hardware, and software requirements. 

Data Management and Reporting: 

• Manage employee data across HR such as Workday and payroll system and all financial systems such as Acumatica, ERP, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage employee database and use the data to support the financial planning to Finance Team (both forecast and budget exercises)
• Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Identify trends and insights through data analysis to optimize HR processes. 

Continuous Improvement: 

• Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions. 
• Participate in system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance. 
• Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement within HR systems. 

Other Responsibilities:
• Other HR related task as and when required by Group HR Manger & Associate Director HR

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR Shared Services or Workday System Integration.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.

Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and IT operations.

Technical skills in system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Regional level exposure would be added advantage.
