- Local project management of sub-projects. Generation of a local project management infrastructure on the basis of HQ guidelines. Responsible for technical. progress, costs, timing and quality of local sub-projects. Periodical status meetings with HQ. Implementation of local project meetings. Presentation of projects results to the international steering committee.
- Mech. design of single components and assemblies. Sketches for design studies and prototyping. Generation and modification of CAD models. Self-reliant handling of documents, new parts in our ERP System under consideration of legal aspects like RoHS, export control, machine directive, pressure equipment directive. Support of approval processes with internal and external approval authorities. Generation and Modification of BOM lists.
- Technical. clarification with int. / ext. suppliers. Initial order and FAI documentation. Support of the internal Quality department for technical. issues. Sourcing of components / tools for prototyping before handing over to cooperate departments. Calculation of internal BOM costs technical. support of Sales, Operations, Purchasing, QM, Product-Management. Operation of internal validation tests and organization of external operated validation tests.
- Lead localizations projects, in terms of qualification of process technologies. Integration of new technologies into existing structures and documentation. Support of process improvement and cost saving projects. Consideration of customer-, environment-, safety- and legal guidelines as well as international standards.
- Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering2-3 years of Professional work experience
