Process Development Engineer","description" : "
- Selection and qualification of new, also complex manufacturing technologies;
- Processing of process-relevant customer requirements with regard to feasibility testing and cost estimation;
- Management of projects in the categories of technology and production; Preparation, implementation and documentation of the approval process;
- Participation in the procurement process for equipment, verification of repeat orders for simple equipment for conformity with the current state of the art
- Participation in product development projects in relation to the design of manufacturing processes and the associated equipment or production lines;
- Development and improvement of existing manufacturing processes, including the necessary process qualifications, analysis of the causes of process disruptions and deriving corrective measures and their implementation;
- Participants and co-creators of Kaizen events;
- Documentation of manufacturing processes in production control plans and work instructions;
- Support of localizations projects, in terms of qualification of process technologies.
- Support of process development/improvement and cost saving projects.
- Consideration of customer-, environment-, safety- and legal guidelines as well as international standards;
- Graduate Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2-3 years of Professional work experience
