Qualification

• Minimum 10 Years of experience in Full Book Accounting
• Proven track records in dealing with company regulations, tax & customs authorities
• Previous experiences with the Electrical or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• SAP/ORACLE Experience preferred.

Job Description

• Ensure the preparation of the Branch Financial Statement: Actual, Budget, Forecast.
• Ensure the preparation of the Monthly report Actual
• Ensure the compliance GST, INCOME TAX ACT And Companies ACT
• Prepare cash flow statements: Actual, Budget, Forecast
• Manage cash at bank with Central Treasury based on forecast cash flow.
• Maintain relation with the local bank
• Audit Employees Expense claims, petty cash & Credit cards and ensure that it is compliant internal policies
• Insure Fixed Asset register kept updated.
• Follow the company policies and procedures and perform the internal controls
• Maintain proper document filling system
• Any other tasks required
