Desktop Support Engineer For SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and troubleshoot email clients such as Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2016, and Office 365 Business Standard.
• Implement hardware and software installation and configuration on Windows systems.
• Perform seam and cabling for LAN connectivity.
• Install and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as antivirus tools.
• Install and update Windows and software patches as needed.
• Provide remote assistance to Unit 2 and Unit 3 using Ultra Viewer and other remote utilities.
• Manage IT asset documentation effectively.
• Oversee printer devices and, when necessary, connect with the customer care team for further assistance.
• For warranty issues, document complaints to the respective suppliers and coordinate their resolution.
• Distribute laptops and IT assets to new joiners, along with proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• BCA, MCA, B. E(IT), B.SC (CS), M.SC (CS)
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
