About the Role:

The role of a Program Manager is integral to the success of our business unit, serving as the cornerstone for both technological advancements and strategic execution. In this capacity, you will not only shape and influence the technology roadmap for P&C solutions but will also spearhead the comprehensive delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Accountability for Solution Delivery: Take ownership of the teams delivery outcomes, leveraging your expertise to contribute to high-quality deliverables and ensure the success of the projects.
Chief of Staff Duties: Manage hiring processes, financials, and expense tracking meticulously to maintain operational efficiency and transparency.
Impediment Resolution: Proactively identify and address any obstacles that may hinder progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of solutions.
Status Updates: Collect, refine, and present various status updates across leadership forums to maintain clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
Software Development Support: Utilize your software development skills to both support and challenge the team, promoting productive approaches and innovative Ways of Working.
Leadership and Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the team by fostering an environment that encourages autonomy, mastery, and continuous improvement for all members.
Team Cohesion: Build and nurture team cohesion, shared values, and mutual trust to create a collaborative and high-performing team dynamic.
