Administrative support to Senior Vice President / Director(s) based in Bangalore and Zurich to facilitate smooth operational functioning of their office
The job includes all secretarial functions Meeting arrangements, coordination, travel arrangements, reimbursement management etc, restaurant reservations and meal coordination
Manage the correspondence and communication includes proper documentation, filing and retrieval of data
Calendar Mail Management
Organize and Coordinate appointments, meetings maintain daily log
Preparation of minutes of all the meetings
Prepare power point and other forms of presentations for internal and external meetings/attendees
Create Reports/MIS as per requirements
Ensured timely assistance within and the cross functional teams for day to day activities
Organize internal Event, Seminars and Workshops
Manage visitors their engagements
Responsible for Finance Onboarding program
Responsible for community initiatives for the business unit
Acting as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Processing Expense reports
About You
Graduate or Post graduate qualification in any discipline
Min of 1-2 years of experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with different cultures and people on various level
Excellent time management is a must
Strong working discipline with keeping deadlines
Self-driven, motivated and independent
Assertive and able to manage conflicts
IT Flair / Inquisitive and analytical mind
Excellent English written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Power point, Excel, Word), Outlook
