Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive (ORM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing product reviews across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, ensuring timely and effective communication with reviewers, and maintaining the quality and authenticity of feedback. Additionally, the ORM Executive will be responsible for developing strategies for review generation and reporting on key metrics related to product reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Product Reviews:
- Keep track of reviews posted on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and other relevant channels.
- Regularly check customer feedback to identify any issues, concerns, or patterns.
Monthly Review Plan Development:
- Develop and execute a monthly plan for monitoring and responding to product reviews.
- Analyze trends and work on strategies to improve review scores and overall reputation.
Engage with Reviewers:
- Initiate conversations with reviewers to acknowledge their feedback and provide resolutions if required.
- Respond to both positive and negative reviews in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Negotiate or offer solutions to reviewers in case of negative feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review Quality Authenticity:
- Ensure all reviews posted are genuine, relevant, and comply with platform guidelines.
- Detect and report fraudulent or biased reviews, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Record Keeping Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with reviewers, including responses, resolutions, and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver monthly reports detailing review metrics, trends, and actions taken to improve product perception.
Collaboration Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align review management strategies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and suggest improvements based on review patterns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in online reputation management, review moderation practices, and e-commerce best practices.
- Suggest and implement improvements to processes based on performance analysis and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce, customer service, or online reputation management.
- Familiarity with review platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce websites.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ORM tools and review management software.
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship with online reviews.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Office setting.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
