Lynk is Swiggy Groups B2B Retail Distribution business. To lead Lynks business offering for Emerging Brands and Private Labels. This is a 0-1 initiative at Lynk, where you would do a lot of the thinking and execution of a new but high potential business offering. Lynk hopes to create a sharp and relevant portfolio of private labels and emerging brands to launch in Indias General Trade.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience, including end-to-end project work in backend engineering and systems design. Minimum 2 years of implementation Experience in WMS.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, strong SQL skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in any object-oriented programming language is required, with a preference for Django, Python.

What will you get to do here?

- Design, develop Warehouse Management System.

- Owning the Inventory module from Systems point of view

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Optimize and tune performance of complex SQL queries and data processing tasks.

- Develop and enforce best practices and standards for Warehouse management Systems

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and contribute to their growth and development.

- Ensure data integrity and security throughout all phases of data transactions.

What qualities are we looking for?

- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on backend engineering and systems design.

- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

- Excellent SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.

- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, preferably Django, Python.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
