Position: Enterprise Operations Support (Intern)

Location: Work From Office - 6 Days Working - 10 AM to 7 PM Shift Timings

Stipend: Rs. 10,000
PPO (post 3 months) CTC: 2.4 - 2.6 LPA

Experience: 0-1 Years

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Issue Debugging: Investigate and resolve operational issues reported by internal stakeholders or customers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
2. Ops Queries/Requests: Respond to and address operational queries and requests from various teams within the organization, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
3. Meetings: Attend and actively participate in operational meetings, including team sync-ups, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions, providing input and insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to address operational requirements and support ongoing initiatives.
   

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
2. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
3. Documentation and Training: Assist in the documentation and maintenance of operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for internal reference and training purposes.
4. Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding and training of new team members on operational tasks, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth integration and proficiency.
