The role will primarily work on building and executing levers that enable Premium and Gourmet restaurants to grow their business on Swiggy across the order funnel.
The candidate would be responsible to drive projects on revenue maximization and cost minimization at the regional level.
The candidate will be expected to run experiments and pilots for growth hacks, to validate hypotheses and scale the same across locations.
Analysing various business scenarios and recommending prompt actions for de-risking business. Use data resources available across business metrics to build deeper insights for partners on a regular basis: candidates need to be extremely comfortable with numbers and talking metric language on a daily basis.
Manage and own the P&L across partners effectively. Understanding of Partner s P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.
Driving joint marketing campaigns and monthly/quarterly/ annual activity calendar - Both Swiggy-led as well as brand-led for Premium accounts.
Actively managing and implementing user acquisition campaigns against established objectives and budgets across multiple (In app; Out of app) channels. Monitoring the ROI from various campaigns and continually working towards improving the performance of the key Ad properties
Working cross-functionally with key account managers and central marketing teams to guide and support the development of marketing plans to reach business targets.
Coordinate with cross functional team across Operations, Marketing, Supply, Menu Excellence to create processes & implement personalized/ central level initiatives in an efficient & robust manner
Direct responsibility of key metrics like Order per day, Discount%, Funnel conversion at platform level, customer acquisition/ repeat business, campaign ROIs etc.
Working closely with the analytics and city teams to develop order projections of high degree of accuracy.
Coordinate with various city and central stakeholders to build Premium business on Swiggy in line with Platform initiatives, including sales incentive structure planning & executions
Desired Skills -
4-6 years of work experience in Ecommerce Sales/Growth, Telecom Sales/Marketing,
Commercial/Go-To-Market/Growth Strategy.
Effective Analytical & Communications Skills.
Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems.
Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment.
Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.
Competent decision-maker with the ability to Plan, develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurants partner grow with Swigg as a preferred partner.
Required Skills -
