Manager / Senior Manager - Growth (Food BU)

Job Description :

This candidate will take ownership of growth charters of the Gourmet and Guiltfree categories

Roles & Expectations :

- Accountable for goals as aligned as a part of the AOP for both categories

- Identify levers / initiatives to grow the category (OPD, AMV, traffic, conversion, etc.) within the target P&L

- Deep understanding of consumer cohorts, personas and the entire order-journey on the app to grow Gourmet and Guiltfree orders and contribution to the platform

- Execute on Product, Supply, Marketing and Discounting experiments/interventions with a lens to meet next 3 months targets and plan solutions ahead, if deficit anticipated

- Work with cross-functional teams / stakeholders. Break problem statement into sub-problems for each user cohort and identify owners: self/stakeholder teams

- Drive governance - weekly progress of programs and accountable to meet monthly Input & Output targets

Preferred Candidate

- 2-4 years of post-MBA or 4-6 years of post UG work experience across Management Consulting (or) Consumer strategy / Category Management / Consumer facing -Product in Consumer tech companies

- First-principles thinking: building hypotheses of factors influencing target metric, learnings from past successful/ failed experiments and designing new solutions

- Consumer thinking to design consumer-backward offerings/ purpose-built journeys

- Data-first thinking to interpret trends and conclude insights post bias-removal

- Should have a P&L thought process, trade-offs that need to be made and impact of various decision on different line items of the P&L

- Strong execution rigor - bias for action while also being comfortable in ambiguous environments

- Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders across functions and positions

- Has worked in a cross functional environment having managed stakeholders including peers, seniors, juniors on whom there is high dependency to deliver one's own goal
