Job Opening For Executive/Sr. Executive Customer Service-Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities

1. Act as single point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.

2. Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements, be proactive in order to minimize service crises.

3. Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates.

4. Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time.

5. Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.

6. Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.

7. Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation department and follow-up on shipments generated.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Graduate.

Prior Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is Must.

Prior Experience in Relevant profile will be an added advantage.

Pleasing communication skills.
