Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define target audiences, key messaging, and overall brand positioning.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve results and optimize ROI.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials, campaigns, and channels.
- Act as the brand steward, ensuring that the company's brand identity is upheld in all communications.
- Lead the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives to enhance visibility and recognition.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversion on digital platforms.
- Analyze online traffic, engagement metrics, and other KPIs to improve digital marketing efforts.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Provide insights into product and market trends that influence future marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business needs.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the execution of specific marketing projects.
- Partner with the product team to create effective product launch campaigns and promotional materials.
Content Development & Management:
- Oversee the creation of content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the company's messaging strategy.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for timely and consistent content delivery.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, with a focus on increasing sales and customer acquisition.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, sales pipelines, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing-generated leads.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and within allocated resources.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using KPIs and metrics to evaluate success.
- Present regular reports to senior leadership on the performance of marketing efforts and return on investment.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure successful event execution.
