Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or related field (preferably from a developer's side).
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets through innovative sales strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including current regulations and future projections.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
