Senior/Lead MATLAB Developer - Automotive Domain (7-12 yrs)

Job Title : Sr. / Lead Matlab Developer

Experience : 7 years to 12 years in MATLAB / Simulink in automotive domain

Qualification : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics/Computer Science/SW Engineering

Job Location : Pune, India

Responsibilities :

1. You are responsible for designing, developing from scratch and testing Matlab / Simulink software for model based development.

2. Design, Develop a configurable extendable /reusable solution of new and existing electronic controls systems and components for automotive products.

3. Understand the specifications and implement from system to components to software requirements, software unit test cases (MIL-SIL), software integration test strategy and delivery of product design to the specification.

4. Responsible for research for new tools, best practices and alternative approaches to optimal electrical components and software development.

5. Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner

Skills And Qualification :

1. Bachelor of Science in engineering required (Electrical, Software, Controls Engineering or similar preferred).

2. 7 to 12 Years experience with modeling tools e.g. Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow and automatic code generation (DSpace Targetlink, DataDictionary) required.

3. Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe) and Version Control system

4. Automotive industry experience is must.

5. High level of analytical ability, understand of engineering theory and principles of design.
