Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring all internal audits and accounting activities are in compliance with financial regulations , Direct & Indirect tax compliance, analysis, book closure, audit,compliance,Taxation and regulatory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns.

• Manage financial operations, including accounts finalization, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  
• Oversee finance and accounting functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on financing options for the company's expansion plans.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting with a strong background in CA (Any Specialization) or M.Com (Any Specialization) , experience working in a Finance/Accounting department of Dairy Industry only.
  
• Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions, including fundraising initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations (ROC Compliances).
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
