Accounts And Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet finalization), income tax returns (IT Returns), TDS returns, GST returns, and ESIC/EPF filings.
  
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary preparation and statutory compliance.
  
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in SAP Business One.
  
• M.Com degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Income Tax Act 1962, Goods & Services Tax Act 2017.
