Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Procurement & Order Management:
• Manage the procurement process, including the release and execution of purchase orders.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, budget constraints, and operational needs.

• Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

• Data Analysis & Cost Control:
• Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and assess risks associated with supplier pricing and availability.
• Prepare reports on purchase expenditures, supplier performance, and procurement strategies.

• Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure proper documentation for all purchase transactions, approvals, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with all the departments to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on purchasing trends and cost-saving measures.
