Role:

You'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and aligning influencers with project goals, ensuring smooth execution and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Influencer Sourcing : Identify and onboard influencers that match client requirements and campaign objectives.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaborations.

- Campaign Coordination : Act as the point of contact between clients and influencers, managing deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

- Negotiations & Contracts : Handle negotiations, contracts, and agreements with influencers, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.

- Project Execution : Oversee influencer participation in campaigns, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and brand guidelines.

- Industry Insights : Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and influencer marketing strategies to provide clients with innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in influencer management, talent management, or a related field.

- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

- A knack for identifying talent that resonates with diverse audiences.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
