• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing services wrt Current Accounts/Savings Accounts/Deposits/Loans etc.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit.
• Accepting deposits, ensuring all details are entered into the system
• Responsible for marketing activities for sourcing customers as per the business requirements
• Handling the front counter and cross selling of banking products
