Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in Excel/software related to production, inventory, and dispatch.
• Maintain and manage records for stock movement and raw materials.
• Generate and verify production, sales, and dispatch reports.
• Perform software entries for material tracking and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and internal documentation.
• Handle filing systems and maintain digital/physical records.
• Draft and respond to emails related to production and dispatch.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport agencies.
• Record production data and update work progress reports.
• Ensure timely system entries related to factory operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry / back-office work, preferably in manufacturing or factory setup.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) & working knowledge of ERP/software.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle clerical work, document management, and correspondence.
• Experience in a veneer, plywood, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
