Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
  
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computer software such as Tally.
  
• Provide clerical support to the team by handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in back office or clerical work.
  
• Proficiency in computer operating systems (Windows) with knowledge of basic software applications like MS Office.
  
• Strong English communication skills with excellent typing speed (minimum 40 wpm).
  
• Ability to learn new software quickly, including Tally ERP9.
