SDE II : PHP Full STACK ENGINEER ( Laravel & Wordpress)

That said, we are seeking a talented and experienced backend engineer to join our small but dedicated team who fits the following requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work with project stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate timelines, and identify potential risks or issues.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
-Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design and development of high-level system architecture and technical documentation of the solutions.
-Design, develop and maintain high-quality custom digital products using PHP / Laravel and Wordpress ( complete backend, plugins, etc)
-Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet SVAKSHA's quality standards and project's requirements.
-Owning the quality of code, UT coverage, documentation etc, Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure that code quality is consistently high.
-Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide solutions to fix them.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in your domain.
-Have the readiness to build, develop, mentor and lead junior team members
-Hands-on in core documentation and optimization etc

REQUIRED SKILLS
-B. Tech or M. Tech equivalent with at least 4-years experience in PHP and related web frameworks like Laravel and Wordpress
-Experience in building custom digital products / applications
-Solid understanding of various architecture, design patterns, coding practices, etc used to develop custom digital products.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (requirements, designs, communication, bugs, etc).
-Ability to articulate and communicate the preferred/chosen/selected solutions with the team and stakeholders
-Hands on with good practices in technical documentation, especially in architecture documentation, software designs, etc.
-Good understanding of multiple tech solutions and ability to pick the correct one for the given situation
-Good hands-on experience in creating APIs and API Integration with best coding practices.
-Fair understanding of front-end technologies ReactJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Jquery, HTML5, and CSS, will be an added advantage.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, taking ownership and responsibility of delivering well tested solutions in a timely manner.
-Good communication abilities and must respond to client/ teams concerns in a calm, concise, and timely manner.
-Prior work experience in an agile environment or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI or CD)
-Comfortable with Linux based OS and familiar with deployments and infrastructure.
