Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional who can efficiently manage the responsibilities of Human Resources (HR), Administration, and Finance within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions.


Key Responsibilities:


Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits management (insurance, bonuses, etc.), and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
  • Conduct performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance, update policies, and support employee retention strategies.
  • Manage HRMS/HRIS systems and maintain accurate records for reporting.
  • Forecast manpower needs and assist in goal-setting and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations, cleanliness, organization, and office equipment.
  • Manage travel bookings, event coordination, and internal communications.
  • Handle office supply inventories, asset management, and coordinate maintenance (facility services, IT).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, statutory filings, and legal documentation.
  • Manage administrative expenses and prepare expense reports.
  • Coordinate with IT and support teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist management with meeting schedules, agendas, and records.

Finance:

  • Maintain financial records, handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial goals.
  • Handle payroll-related financial aspects (salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements).
  • Ensure tax compliance (GST, TDS), assist in audits, and manage vendor payments.
  • Generate financial reports and track cash flow to ensure liquidity.
  • Support financial forecasting, decision-making, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Admin, and Finance roles.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
