THIS ROLE IS FOR A B2B SAAS STARTUP AND COMPLETELY REMOTE.
You can be a fit if :
- You bring hands-on sales experience along with a strategic outlook.
- You are someone with a background in B2B SaaS sales.
- You've closed deals with an ACV of around $10k to $40k, mainly targeting SMBs and mid-market clients. If most of your experience has been with enterprise-level deals, this might not be the best fit, as our sales cycle is typically 14-30 days.
- You have experience hiring, training, and leading sales teams, or you're ready to step into a role where you'll take on these responsibilities and develop your own sales processes.
- You're familiar with selling to U.S.-based companies, which is essential since the USA is our main market.
- Experience selling to ecommerce brands is a bonus!
Responsibilities :
- You'll establish a reliable outbound sales process to achieve $10k MRR each month with our ICP and work on increasing our average contract value (ACV) over time.
- Achieving monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities sourced by your Sales Development Representative (SDR) and through your own prospecting efforts.
- Leading sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing demos, and guiding prospects through the free trial and closing phases.
- Overseeing operational improvements, maintaining CRM accuracy, and creating straightforward reports for the team.
-Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Background in selling to SMB or Mid-Market clients.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and efficient time management.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and ongoing improvement.
- Extra credit for familiarity with the e-commerce sector.
