- Responsible to promoting After Market sales /Retails sales.
- Dealer development activities/New dealer identification
- Organised brand promotion activity.
- Communicating product feedback with focus on effectuating modifications in products and improving product performance.
- Training for the field staff and dealer / distributor sales force for awareness of the products and better salesmanship.
- Monitoring of product performance, customer expectations - competition Planning and execution for new product launch.
- Enhancing the customer satisfaction level and implementing systems and processes in workshops.
- Control on Warranty Claims
