Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distributor Management B2B Connector to expand our solar dealership network. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors, ensuring smooth business operations, and driving growth in the solar sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the dealership network for one of the leading solar brands in the industry within the Nashik Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors for one of the leading solar brands.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to expand dealership reach.
  • Develop strategies to enhance distributor engagement and sales performance.
  • Monitor distributor operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct training and support programs for distributors to boost sales.
  • Negotiate agreements, pricing, and terms with B2B partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or solar product sales.
  • Strong network and understanding of the solar dealership ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for distributor engagement and market expansion.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives based on performance and target achievements.
  • TA/DA will be provided as per company policy for official travel.
