Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

Vichakshan Foundation is looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting various foundation initiatives.

Equipment Requirement: Laptop or Computer System is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential partners, donors, and beneficiaries as per the project requirements.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information about the foundations programs.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up on leads effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, entrepreneurs, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in outreach efforts for ongoing projects, including CSR initiatives and entrepreneurship programs.
• Work closely with the field team to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
• Prepare call reports and provide feedback to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Prior experience in the NGO, CSR, or social sector will be an advantage.
