Position: Executive Import / Exports Logistics

Educational Qualification: M.Com/ MBA (Supply Chain Management)

Experience: 4 - 5 years

Age: 27-35

Reports to: Director / Division Head

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking care of all the Export-Import and Logistics Activity. Customer Orders, Container Planning, Export Dispatch Planning through AIR/SEA. Imports of Air / Sea Shipments. Import Clearance, Bill Scrutiny, Monthly MIS. Etc
• Monitoring overall Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment Documents.
• Liaising with CHA for Export Clearance.
• Liaising Export Post Shipment Documents with Bank under DA/DP/ADVANCE & LC documents.
• Handling MEIS and Duty Drawback Scheme and DGFT issues.
• Handling Hazardous Shipments.
• Export Customer EDI Schedules (USA / Europe / South East Asia)
• Co-ordinations with CHA and Freight Forwarders,
• Handling all Nomination / Open Shipments and all the related activity,
• Freight Negotiations, Container Planning, Stuffing etc.
• Planning Import Shipments,
• Freight Bills Scrutiny,
• Handling SEZ shipments.
• Negotiation with Freight Forwarder and get the best Freight for LCL / FCL shipment.
• Co-ordinate with CHA and Freight Forwarders for Carting, Stuffing, and Onboard Confirmation of the shipment.
• Maintain DSR Report to track the shipments and circulate the same to all the customers to know the status of their shipments
